Champagne Michel Reybier is owned by the very same Michel Reybier, owner of Cos d’Estournel – Deuxieme Cru Classe, Saint Estephe. Assisted by the technical team at Cos d’Estournel, the same attention to detail and all-encompassing philosophy is maintained through the respect for the unique terroir of the Chardonnay sourced from their Grand Cru vineyards in Avize and Oger whilst the same can be said for their Pinot Noir from their Premier Cru vineyards in Sacy and Ecuiel. A definite ‘diamond in the rough’, Champagne Michel Reybier is a delectable blend of 80 per cent Chardonnay and 20 per cent Pinot Noir of which 70 per cent of the wines currently on offer are made up of reserve wine from the 2010 vintage.
