5-course dinner menu:  
Pan Fried Goose Liver
Black Truffle Cream Soup
A choice of Grilled US Prime Beef Tenderloin or Honey & White Wine Glazed Seabass Fillet
Cheese Platter, and
Dessert Platter.  
   
Pairing recommendation:  
Burgundy wines are quite friendly when it comes to wine and food pairing, able to go well with a vast range of food, richness, and flavours.   
   
With the black truffle cream soup, Marco recommended the Chambolle Musigny 1er Cru Les Gruenchers which has the complexity and flavors to go with the rich truffle.  Cote de Nuits Villages Vieilles Vignes go well with the cheese selection.
 
Chocolate and dessert can be quite hard to pair, Marco recommended Chambolle Musigny Vieilles Vignes.  For the blueberry cheesecake, Marco recommended pairing with Savigny Les Beaune 1er Cru Les Hauts Jarrons.
