Do you offer additional discount?
Without a retail store front, we are able to pass the most savings onto our members. Our competitive pricing reflects our streamlined operations.
Instead of adding a high mark-up on our wines and offering case discount, we prefer pricing transparency. Our wines are very competitively priced. For that reason, we do not offer case discount and only offer complimentary delivery with purchase over $3,000. Please note that delivery to outlying islands is not available. For more information, please check out the below "Minimum Order" and "Delivery Cost" in FAQ section.

Do you have a minimum order?
We do not have any minimum order unless it is a customized order (e.g. futures). Complimentary delivery is offered to any purchase valued over HK$3,000, wines can be delivered at a fee. Self collection will be arranged at our shop in Western District. Picking up at our Wanchai office can be arranged with pre-arrangement schedule with our customer service staff.

Do you offer same day delivery? We emphasize great storage condition on our wines and keep them in our temperature controlled warehouse. For that reason, we cannot offer same day delivery on most wines.
Do you deliver to China, or internationally? Currently, we do not deliver to China nor outside Hong Kong (besides Macau).
For Macau delivery, customers are responsible for all transportation and insurance cost. We are happy to help you arrange for delivery.
For wines not listed on your website, can we buy them from you?
Yes! We specialize in procuring fine and rare wines. If there is a wine you want that is not listed on our website, let us know. Minimum order of one case is required.
What is the delivery cost for order under HK$3,000?
For order over HK$3,000, delivery is complimentary (except Lantau Island: HK$450). For order under HK$3,000, please use the below rates for reference:
Hong Kong Island: HK$130
Kowloon: HK$180
New Territories Zone 1 : HK$220 &
New Territories Zone 2: HK$250
Lantau Island: HK$650
** Please note that delivery to outlying island is not available.
What kinds of corporate events do you host?
We host various types of corporate events; for example social mixers to foster network across different departments; exclusive tasting to reward top sales; or fine wine dinners to interact with VIP clients.
Let us know your event objectives, size, and budget! We can work with you to customize a theme to successfully achieve your corporate objectives.
Is there a minimum headcount for private party?
We organize private wine tasting for birthday, bachelor/rette, or house parties. Wine themes can be customized. Tasting can be a lesson or a fun event, depending on your needs. A minimum headcount of 8 attendants is required. There is no maximum limit. Average pricing is HK$480 per head. For more information, please contact our event specialist at 3590-5876.
Do you offer sponsorship for private / corporate events?
There are many ways to be supportive of your events. We do not sponsor free wines. Give our event specialist a call if you think there are compelling reasons to work together on events.
Can we try your wines prior to ordering?
For banquet/ corporate events, we can arrange for an interactive tasting to select the wines. You will be responsible for the cost of the wines tasted. We will not charge consultation fees.
