1.    Wine Storage

• Facilities: Temperature and humidity controlled, our warehouse is accredited the Wine Storage Management System Certificate issued by HKQAA, and operates under ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System. 

• Rates: Storage fee is charged in monthly / quarterly / annual denomination.  Minimum charge is one-month storage by case unit of maximum 9L. Case unit combination can be (for example):

 
-       12 btl X 75cl per case
-       24 btl X37.5cl per case
-       6 btl X1.5L per case
-       3 btl X 3L per case
-       1 btl X 6L per case

Check-out fee (1 time): $10/per case 
Remarks:
- There is no minimum storage requirement per Customer. Storage fee is charged per case (whether this is 1 case of 6 X 750ml or 2 case of 6 X 750ml 12 bottles, 1 case fee applies)
- Minimum charge per case per item code applies. Case fee will be charged for even 1 bottle for 1 item code.
- Oversize cases, for example special gift packaging may incur extra charge.
 

• Delivery & Collection: For the wines that need collection and delivery after check-out, fee will be applied for different district. Please refer to http://www.wineworld.com.hk/2015/delivery.php. Delivery / Collection fee is limited to 5 cases. $29 per case will be charged for each additional case.

2.     Private Locker and Cellar with individual access
Wineworld has a partnering cellar located in Tin Hau (within 10 minutes walking distance to Tin Hau and Fortress Hill MTR station) and accredited the Wine Storage Management System Certificate issued by HKQAA which can offer our clients with private wine lockers and cellars at preferential pricing. Below are guaranteed:
- Comprehensive temperature and humidity regulation system
- Chubb security system and 24-hour CCTV monitoring
- Private wine lockers and individual cellars
 
Optimum storage environment is provided:
Humidity - humidity control between 65 - 75%
Temperature - regulated temperature 13 - 15°C
Humidity - humidity control between 65 - 75%
Lighting - Dark storage conditions with low intensity and motion sensor lighting system
Security - Strict identification process and dual locking devices for all private storage facilities
 
Private Locker monthly fee below, account set up fee is waived.

 
Private cellar monthly fee below, account set up fee is waived.

 
Remarks:
-       Private locker and cellar storage will be on a pre-payment basis on a minimum of 6 months.
-       Price is subject to change without prior notification.
-       Storage capacity varies by different sizes of cases and bottles
