Burghound 92 points: "This exhibits much more aromatic restraint with aromas that are quite floral and possess only a hint of the usual green apple fruit notes. The mid-palate is relatively understated with wonderfully pure, full-bodied and tight flavors that deliver excellent length. This is quite concentrated and while it is powerful, the overall effect is really quite fine, in particular on the remarkably refined and defined finish. Despite the reserved, rather cool character at the moment, I suspect this will unfold relatively quickly and be drinking well in 5 to 8 years."
