Fragrance
The nose reveals initial aromas of ripe fresh fruit (white and yellow peaches, apricots), tropical notes (lychee or pineapple). It then opens up with the fragrance of vanilla before developing notes of milky caramel, breadcrumbs and yeast, culminating in aromas of dried fruit and honey.

Wine Spectator 90: "Svelte and well-knit, with a minerally underpinning of smoke and chalk notes, and hints of lemon meringue pie and glazed apricot riding the creamy mousse. Bright and lively. Drink now through 2019. 12,000 cases imported."
