Robert Parker 88: "The NV Brut Cepage Chardonnay Champ Persin offers up lemon, green pears, white flowers, crushed rocks and a host of bright aromas and flavors. Nicely pointed and delineated, the Champ Persin stands out for its focus, length and balance. This mid-weight Champagne is best enjoyed over the next few years. Disgorgement date: May 31, 2012. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2015."
Wine Spectator 92: "A vibrant version, with a finely detailed mousse and a skein of aromatic spice unraveling through the flavors of poached quince, biscuit, black cherry and fresh ginger. Firm and creamy through the lasting finish. Disgorged October 2013. Drink now through 2020. 2,000 cases made."
