Flying Horse Sauvignon Blanc
Item No. US2-4011B13B
The name "Fly Horse" is in reference to the historic carousel horses that were known as the "Flying Horses". The horses hang on poles and could go up and down on them. When the carousel increases in speed, the horses would jot and appear to fly. In the 1800s, these horses were made by the finest woodcarvers and painters. Excellent wood were used and tossed manes, expressive eyes, embellished saddles and aromas were the hallmark, reminiscent of kindhts and gallantry. Ever since then, it is a name that associates with gallantry, freedom, happiness and dreams.
Wine Enthusiast 90: "The producer adds a small percentage of Pinot Blanc to the wine to great effect, combining seamlessly with the Sauvignon Blanc and resulting in notes of honeydew, green fig and subtle herb. The blend offers layers that are both fresh and fruity."
