On 15 Oct, Wineworld organized a wine class for HKIE Wine Class in HKIE Causeway Bay head office . There were 60 participates in the class. The class contents included basic wine knowledge such as wine region, wine label and grape variety. Basic wine tasting skills and food paring were also taught. We tasted four typical wines in the class:
