These terms and conditions apply to all wines, spirits, sake, or other goods or services supplied by WineWorld Limited. Please read these terms of sale carefully before placing your order.
这些条款和条件适用于WineWorld Limited提供的所有葡萄酒、烈酒、清酒或其它商品或服务。请在订购之前仔细阅读这些销售条款。
Sales
销售
It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or over.
向未满18岁人士售酒属违法行为。在订购之前，客户必须确认其年龄为18岁或以上。
All sales are subject to our final confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice. All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold. All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
所有销售都以我方的最后确认为准。价格如有变动，恕不另行通知。所有葡萄酒均根据未出售的类别进行报价。所有已售商品均不可更换及退款。
Definitions
定义
In these terms and conditions, the 'Company' or 'WineWorld' will mean WineWorld Limited and the 'Customer' will mean any person, firm, company, corporation or body which places an order with the Company.
在这些条款和条件中，“本公司”或“WineWorld”指的是WineWorld Limited，“客户”指的是任何向本公司下订单的人士、公司、企业或机构。
Member Prices
会员价
To enjoy the member prices, you are required to register as WineWorld members before placing any order. Currently, membership is free, and enables you to enjoy discounts on selected wines as well as receive invitations to wine events.
如果要享受会员价，您必须在订购之前注册成为WineWorld的会员。目前，您可免费成为会员。会员资格可使您在选购葡萄酒时享受折扣，以及获邀参加各种葡萄酒活动。
Order Processing Time

Please note that the orders are processed within 48 hours if placed between Monday and Friday. To expedite this service or to guarantee a delivery time, please contact a representative at 3154-9570.
请注意，如果在星期一到星期五期间订购，我们会在48小时内处理订单。如想获得更快的订购服务或希望送货时间得到保证，请致电3154-9570联系销售代表。
Payment
付款
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice or at delivery. Method of payment may be in the form of cash, bank transfer, or company cheque.
请在收到发票或货物后立即付款。付款方式可以是现金、银行转账或公司支票。

Given the limited stock and pricing fluctuation on fine wines, WineWorld has the right to cancel an invoice that has been unsettled for longer than one week.
鉴于优质葡萄酒的数量有限且价格会有波动，WineWorld有权取消一周后仍未支付的发票。
In the event of non-payment by Customer upon delivery, WineWorld reserves the right to charge an interest of 3% per month on the overdue amount until payment. If the Company has to consult solicitors or other agents to recover overdue sums, the Customer will indemnify the Company in relation to reasonable fees payable to such solicitors and/or agents.
如果客户在货物送达后仍未覆，WineWorld有权在其付款之前每月按逾期金额的3%收取利息。如果本公司已咨询律师或其他代理人追讨逾期款项，客户将需向本公司赔偿支付给这些律师和／或代理人的合理费用。
Title
权利
Title to all goods supplied shall remain with WineWorld until all sums due are paid in full. WineWorld has the right to retrieve any sold goods if full payment is not received.
在所有款项完全付清之前，WineWorld保留对一切供应商品的所有权。如果没有收到全额付款，WineWorld有权收回任何已售商品。
Delivery/ Collection
送货 / 收货
WineWorld offers free delivery service to any address on the Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories for purchases HK$3,000 or up. Delivery to outlying islands is not available.
WineWorld为购物满港币3,000或以上的客户，提供在香港岛、九龙及新界范围内任何地址的免费送货服务。送货服务不适用于离岛。
For order under $3,000, wines can be picked up at our shop (Le Pinacle 1/F, Shop 7, Block 3, Connaught Garden, 155 Connaught Road West, Hong Kong) or delivered at a fee.
港币3,000以下的订单可于我们的展示门市（西營盤干諾道西155號高樂花園1座尚品薈1樓）提货，或在缴付一定费用后享受送货服务。
In the event of Typhoon Signal 8/ Black Rain, delivery service will be suspended. WineWorld will contact customers to reschedule delivery.
如果遇到8号台风或黑色暴雨警告讯号，我们将暂停送货服务。WineWorld将联系客户重新安排送货。
WineWorld reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time to cover the cost of the additional delivery.
如果收货人不能在指定的送货时间收货，WineWorld有权收取额外的送货费用，以填补额外送货所产生的成本。
Acceptance of Products
收货
WineWorld is committed to ensuring that our wines reach you in the best possible condition. All Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately upon collection or delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged at the time of delivery, otherwise any breakages or shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter. We do not accept return wines for any reason, including corked wines.
WineWorld致力于确保我们的葡萄酒以最佳的状态送到您的手中。所有客户都会被要求在收货时立即检查货物是否有任何缺陷和／或损坏。如有任何索赔，必须在交货时提出，否则任何破损或不足将被视为在交货之后发生。我们不接受任何理由的退货，包括因软木塞而受污染的酒。
No returns accepted on glassware or accessories after the goods have been accepted by the receiver.
玻璃酒杯或配件在收货人签收之后不予退货。
Storage Charge
储存费
Storage service is available to our members. More details can be found in the storage section.
储存服务只提供予我们的会员。请于储存部分查阅更多详细内容。
For wines that have been made available to our clients but not collected or delivered after 30 days of purchase, WineWorld reserves the right to levy a storage fee of HK$20 per case per month.
对于已为客户準备好的葡萄酒，如在购买30天后没有取货或送货，WineWorld有权收取每月每件港币20的储存费。
Force Majeure
不可抗力
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
对于因超出我们合理控制范围以外的情況而造成的任何延迟或无法履行我们的义务，本公司概不承担任何责任。
Law and Jurisdiction
法律及司法权
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
这些条款和条件受香港特别行政区法律的管辖。
