Q: Do you ship outside of Hong Kong?
Regrettably, we now only ship to Hong Kong (including Kowloon, New Territories and outlying islands) and Macau. For shipment to Macau, please contact us for a separate quote on relevant delivery charges. We are always exploring new partnership opportunities with various countries and may expand our list of deliverable countries in the future.
Q: I want to buy in bulk, can I get extra discounts or special offers?
WW Ex offers the best value for exceptional wines sourced from different origins and we maintain our operational costs to a minimum with the aim of returning the extra benefit of value to our customers and traders. Currently, we only accept order that is listed in our stated format (with the bottle format X the number of bottles per case) without further discounts.

Q: How can I be sure of the wine's source of origin?
We understand that making your purchases online may be daunting sometimes; however, you can be assured of the authenticity and stated provenance of the wines from our website. WW Ex only works with reliable wine suppliers with excellent provenance of wine. This guarantees that the wines you order originate from the same source of origin as stated on our website.
Q: I don't see any payment gateway on your site. How can I pay after I check out?
We try to make the payment process as smooth as possible for you. In order to ensure a hassle free shopping experience, we will prompt dispatch your wines once payment has been received. At checkout, please check all order particulars and delivery address carefully. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an invoice by email to confirm. On the invoice, you have to option to:
  • (a) Choose the currency of which you wish to pay for the outstanding amount; and
  • (b) Choose the payment option

Currency
All sums are calculated with the currency of the wines' origin. In other words, if the wine you are purchasing is from a British wine merchant / supplier, your invoice will show the total sum in British Sterling Pounds. Should you wish to settle your payment in another currency, please contact us for the corresponding exchange rate.

Payment Option
You can settle the payment using anyone of the following methods:
  • atm / online / bank transfer
  • cheque,
  • cash, and/or
  • paypal authorization*.

For payment by bank transfer of which the details will be stated on the invoice.
For orders made after 7:00 pm Hong Kong time, it will be processed immediately within the next business day.
*Extra service charges apply in the following manner:
American Express – 4% on top of the total sum of transaction, including delivery charges
VISA, Mastercard, Unionpay, Paypal – 3.2% on top of the total sum of transaction, including delivery charges
Q: What is the packaging like?
When you select your wines, please read the details of each selection carefully. Underneath each option, the current condition of the wine is stated along with its packaging. We deliver the wines in their as-is options. If you are unsure about the packaging condition, please contact us for more information.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
As there are different locations of where the wines are lying, the delivery lead time will differ. For wine location in HK, it will take a day or two for logistics arrangement. For wine location in UK, it will take 7 to 10 working days for the wine to arrive Hong Kong after payment is received in full. If you have a rush order, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will try on our side to coordinate and expedite the logistics arrangements for you, depending on the situation.
