Rombauer Carneros Chardonnay 2007: 
Ranked as the 2nd Most Popular Chardonnay in American restaurants by Wine & Spirits magazine, this is a bottle of surprises!
WS 91:  "Ripe pear, apple and honeydew melon flavors are shaded by spicy, toasty oak. A rich, creamy style. Full-bodied, with a touch of sweetness."
  
Flying Horse Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2004:
Made by Chateau Latour's wine maker, Flying Horse is an unique hand-crafted cult wine.  Denis Malbec was the winemaker for 6 vintages at Chateau Latour, including the near perfect 1996 vintage that Robert Parker rated 99 points.  Only 550 cases are produced -- the same scarcity as Screaming Eagle. 
 
Opus One 2005:
No introduction needed -- this is the famous masterpiece of Baroness Philippine de Rothschild and Robert Mondavi. 
RP 95+: "The opaque purple-hued 2005 exhibits an extraordinary nose of violets, creme de cassis, charcoal, and spring flowers. Gorgeously pure, opulently full-bodied, with sweet tannins, superb concentration, and a low acid, ripe, tannic finish, it tastes like a top-notch vintage of ripe Bordeaux, but made in California. It can be drunk now and over the next 20-25 years. Bravo!"
