Brian Walsh is Director of Winemaking for the Hill Smith Family Wines, interests including Yalumba, Australia’s oldest family owned winery. He is also one of Australia’s leading wine judges for the last 30 years, currently serving as Chairman of Judges at the Royal Adelaide Wine Show as well as being the former President of the South Australian Wine Industry Association.
